In this day and age rubbish/pollution is a big problem, I think there are some ways to fix that problem, maybe not globally but in new zealand hopefully.My ideas, well I thought that we could incentivise people to not litter and to pick up rubbish, such as raising the fine for littering and giving bonus to people that pick up rubbish and if i'm being honest I have no idea how we would do such a thing but its the idea that counts.
